Types of Data collected

Among the types of Personal Data that this Website collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Cookies, Usage Data, first name, last name, email, country, city.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Website.
The following Data requested by this Website are mandatory only for contacting members of the project’s consortium.

Methods of processing
The Owner takes all the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. For this reason, the platform/website is only accessible via secure encrypted connection.
The Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:

  • Registration for newsletters
  • Managing user accounts and sending messages
  • Web traffic monitoring and analysis along with general user behavior tracking

The rights of Users

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data. In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

  • Withdraw their consent at any time.
  • Verify and seek rectification. Users have the right to verify the accuracy of their Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected.
  • Have their Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed. As for the published material/content associated with their accounts, user have the option to:
    • allow their content to be visible.
    • keep their content displayed as from the Anonymous user.
  • Receive their Data and have it transferred to another controller. Users have the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance.

Users wishing to delete their account can contact and request to be unsubscribed from the platform. This account is followed by a confirmation e-mail.
